I'ev oreded from them many times in the past year fabulous to handle with and good communication, good cheap retail to, i dont see no problems with there service either i would rather buy from her then say pc world or another online pc shop.

Well, I decided to give them a go.

4 working days without sending my order (an item the website says they have stock of) so far.
Becoming suspicious of whether they had stock (other online reviews complained of this problem), I sent an email and I got a response (just within 24 hours) but all they said was that was order should be with me shortly. Failing to answer my question of whether they had stock in the process. So I sent an reply (asking again) which I've had no response to so far.

Now you can say the above isnt a great deal of time to wait. And that might be fair comment. The benchmark is what other online stores do though. I honestly dont remember the last time when I've ordered pc components online and not had it the next day. And not answering 2 really straight forward questions in an order query struck me as strange.

I'm sure they are a nice enough company/people but on my first experience the bar is set low enough that theres far too many competitors offering better prices and service for me to even consider trying again.

The middle man can not be controlled. I'm not saying its not their fault either, but some times you can not always rely on carriers to do their job quickly/right.

Not noticed this thread before. They're great, I normally phone up to make my order as I've been caught out by the stock system. It's better to talk the order through with Beany and the gang anyway IMO.

ok sir, I'm pretty sure I know which customer you are so I'd just like to set a few facts straight.

You ordered a brand new, short supply, PRE-ORDER case 12 days ago, not 3 weeks, along with some hard to source (thanks to recent XSPC range updates) watercooling bits.

I'm not denying that the order took longer to process that we would have ideally liked it to, but I don't believe that anyone would promise a delivery on a specific day even if they had all the products in their hands at the time.

Phoned up and ordered a GPU, and a couple of other random bits the other day, paid over the phone, order was with me on the Friday (as I'd requested).

Can't fault em.

Ordered a logitech joystick + 80mm fan + arctic silver compound and it took a while to transfer becuase of bank holiday I think :scratch:

but the joystick wasn't in stock and got an email today saying it wasn't in stock and they have refunded me the whole price + a little of postage and sent out my other items today.

Pretty good communication and fairly good delivery

I almost always order pc parts from them
